Finish S1 is a water-based screen filler (block-out) designed for use with solvent-based and plastisol inks. Its smooth, creamy consistency spreads evenly across the mesh and stencil, creating a uniform, durable fill that resists solvents during printing yet removes cleanly with water during reclaim.
This makes it ideal for blocking out open mesh, sealing pinholes, and refining image areas without compromising stencil integrity. Because it contains no solvents, it’s safer to handle and simplifies cleanup and reclamation.

Directions for use:
On the substrate side of the screen, spread Finish S1 evenly over the desired area of mesh and stencil with a straight edge (card or plastic spreader). For pinhole retouching, thin with a small amount of water and apply with a brush. To reclaim, remove with water.
