Squeegee - Wood Handle with 70D Yellow Blade

This ready-to-use assembled squeegee combines a quality 5" hardwood handle with a SAATI Textile CE 2" × 3/8" 70-durometer polyurethane blade. It is cut to your selected length and ready for textile and plastisol printing.

The 70-durometer blade is an excellent all-purpose choice for screen printing. It provides a dependable balance of ink deposit, control, durability, and versatility, making it suitable for a wide range of textile and plastisol printing applications.

Recommended sizing

• 20" × 24" screen: 14"–16" squeegee.

• 23" × 31" screen: 16"–18" squeegee.

• 25" × 36" screen: 18"–20" squeegee.

For best results, choose a squeegee slightly wider than the artwork being printed. As a general guideline, select a scoop coater 1"–2" shorter than the inside screen dimension, and choose a squeegee that extends approximately 1"–2" beyond the artwork on each side.
