Scoop Coater - Sefar Pro-M

The Sefar Pro-M scoop coater is designed for convenient, consistent coating of screens with any liquid emulsion. Its one-piece aluminum alloy construction is lightweight yet rigid, making it easy to control for smooth, even passes across the mesh.

A large emulsion reservoir reduces refills during coating, while opaque emulsion covers help protect light-sensitive emulsions. Angled plastic end caps are replaceable, and custom sizes are available on request.

Dual-edge coating trough:

• Round edge: Builds up the correct emulsion thickness quickly with a minimum number of passes.

• Sharp edge: Applies thinner deposits and face coats for finer control over stencil thickness.

• 23" × 31" screen – 18" scoop coater
